If this pronoun set isn’t exactly they/their/themself nor he/his/himself, that would be separated from them or just being multipronouns/varipronouns (varying sets of pronouns as in they/his/them/himself, or using both he/they sets, fluctuating as in fluipronouns/fluidpronouns).
