Total body workout plus chest and arms earlier and I feel amazing. My chest is nice and burnt out aka worked hard and my arms feel slightly of jelly so i know that I had a good workout this morning even tho I got up 7 minutes later than I planned too 🤷 I have been playing around with my diet recently because ive noticed a big big issue with dairy which sucks because cheese is life, so ive been cutting out a lot of items while cutting back on others and slowly my digestive system is going back to normal. I've cut out: -yogurt -milk -cream cheese -cottage cheese -cream and creamer Ive cut back on: -cheese -ice cream -soy even tho soy isn't dairy it still affects me pretty bad Eggs and whey protein don't make my digestive system scream thankfully because I strongly dislike most vegan proteins. If you found a good one let me know and I'll try it. So in doing all of that, ive been seeing improvements over the last few days. Its not fully back to normal, but it's going in the direction that I need it too. So that's good news.
