Why I made a tumblr: I was following a lot of PJO accounts on instagram and I wanted to be able to post some funny content for the fandom. My goal at the time was to be able to say I’ve appeared on one of those accounts.

Reasons for my URL: I always thought those “Just Girly Things” and “Just BFF Things” videos on Instagram and iFunny were funny. I also used to work at a candy / ice cream shop and whenever something went wrong with an order or something I’d be one of the first to volunteer to eat some of it. So as I’m walking around the store with a slice of a candied apple jammed in my mouth, a coworker just kinda laughed and went “Just Emily Things” and I just liked how it sounded for the blog lol

So I’ll be tagging some mutuals and people that I recognize from my activity feed. If you don’t wanna do this, totally fine :)

How racist do you think it is to say "all white people look the same"?

About as racist as it is to say that all Asians look the same or all black people look the same in terms of the phrase, but I guess it’s less offensive or… more well deserved since white people have never faced discrimination
