I keep forgetting to post this I made this week's ago.. WELL BETTER NOW THAN NEVER I think that's how that saying goes...

Some Inanimate Battle rambling specifically on Mephone5 bc of course it is

(for those who don't know Inanimate Battle is an Inanimate Insanity joke mini series like Enanimate Ensanity or Inanimate Answers)

Mephone5 is confirmed to be the producer of this series by this text at the end of Inanimate Battle 1 but it also reveals that the phone mp4's screen was on was a Mephone5. The in-universe explanation for this can be seen in multiple ways: mp5 downgraded to a mp4 like mp4s did in the s1 finaly or she changed her wallpaper to disguise herself. There is a LOT more evidence to the second option like how mp5 is the host episode 3 and it's his production company. We also already know they can change their wallpaper/screens and the dramatic turn at the end kind of parallels 4s's reveal in 4seeing the Future

In Inanimate Battle 2 there isn't really a host unless you want to count the humans (creators.) Inanimate Battle 3 however is when mp5 finaly gets a semblance of screentime. What I find most interesting is her strange connection to Giant Orange Spoon? In the beginning when all of the contestants are being introduced it's the only object he complements calling him a "fan favourite" and since it was only introduced that episode and from what we know of contestant origins we can assume the "fan" is mp5 himself. Giant Orange Spoon also parallels mp5's storyline in a way; it won the competition the same way mp5 succeeded in eliminating mp4 only to have that achievement taken from them last minute. I think mp5 was bitter about that with it being his entire "purpose" and is why he took it out on the spoon he likes. Also one of the challenges was fucking diving and swimming (the thing that killed mp5) and the competitors pretty much drowned until the Humans drained the water out.

In Inanimate Battle 4 it seams that mp4 has come back but he immediately asks "do you like my new colour?" Which is hard to tell if he means his wallpaper or his phone case, both being blue now

Big Orange Spoon gets a name change and repeats the same arc as IB3 where he wins but the host suddenly decides "fuck you" but this time BOS is implied to have died along with Eggy and Twinky which still parallels the 3-person takeout with mp5's (and mp4 and Bow's) death

I don’t know about other screenings, but Big Orange Spoon showed up at the one I went to. I got to scream like the little fan girl I am and be so so happy.
