1 month ago this happened. Never got the time around to post this. One of my proudest moment considering I only entered to avoid losing the bet against my colleagues at @creativematch .The competition was intense and that helps keeping us motivated like crazy (plus it was one of the first activity that all of us participated together so its significant). Good news is that I'm still going strong on trying to reach back the ideal weight and BMI eventhough I haven't done any at the gym this month cuz of Ramadhan (usually go there in the morning but no H2O in the morning can be tough). Will get in the gym routine very soon. For now it would be running and outdoor gym at the park an hour before breaking fast. As the trainers at @unionstrength.my always said, you can get fit and keep yourself in check anywhere as long you really want it yourself.
