have you guys noticed how everything ends yet nothing ever changes.

so an interesting thing about these awful little gremlins is that the production date on them is October 2024. which seems to imply that:

a) Gorillaz commissioned these themselves bc they were the only ones who would have known about the video (or even the album) back then

b) the music video was far enough into production for them to be able to commission toys based off the designs, even though this was 18 months before it released

Pangi was initially blaming himself for the corruption spreading but now he's talking to Aimsey and they have a theory that it might be Pili who's been spreading it (either in purpose or without even realising it). They are also pondering if it's Pangi who's been spreading it while sleep walking
