I read the books a really long time ago so I wouldn't be much help with the characterisation, but in terms of the actual writing quality I'm pretty good at that kind of editing. If there's no better offers I'm happy to be a beta.

It’s based more on the characterization of the show than the books, but I’m fairly confident about my characterization. It’s stuff like writing quality, plot coherency, pacing, etc. that I get nervous about and like to have another opinion on. 

So, if you’re interested, you could send me an ask or IM and we can figure out the best way for me to send you chapters?

And if anyone else is interested too I’m willing to have more than one beta.

Ok but Wymack's reactions to Andriel when they do things that end up in the papers. Like, the first time they kiss in public and Wymack is like "Oh for f- come on... really? Really? Now I have to answer questions about you two. The phone hasn't stopped ringing. People want the damn exclusive. Want to be the first to get your story published." [Worried face from Neil] "[sigh] Look, I won't tell them anything. But you have to go through all these tapes for me while I yell at these scumbags, deal?"

yesss good stuff right here.in general, wymack exasperated with the foxes is the best because you just have to consider how he literally brought this all upon himself.and it would be absolutely hilarious for everyone (except those involved - wymack/reporters) because A - wymack is stubborn and doesn’t take shit from anyone so he would give them less than nothing to work with, and also B - his comeback are absolute gold.(“how long? sources say two years? well I can confirm that two years is what this conversation has taken off my life expectancy.”)(my comebacks however are not gold so let’s just pretend.)but as much as he hates every second of it he’s secretly glad to play mediator (for his pseudo-children) and because god forbid the reporters get neil directly because neil would without a doubt make everything 1000% worse. at least wymack has the capability to diffuse such situations, even if it’s with very little grace and probably some uncalled for cursing.(cue neil the child fuming in the background because wymack hasn’t allowed him to insult anyone all week and he’s ready to explode.)(and andrew, who never meant for them to get caught on camera i’m assuming there’re pictures, yes?, secretly mildly entertained that he’s not the only one that has to suffer for it.)
