I very rarely post pictures of myself here but I need to share just a teeny bit of the fun I had watching Sonic 3. The audience really made the movie for me, it was an energy unlike any other I've ever experienced in a movie theater. I felt right at home even though I went by myself and yelled and cheered and made a fool of myself alongside everyone. It wasn't even opening night!!! Damn y'all!!! Sonic fandom unmatched!!! 🙌🙌🙌

I loved the front line: John, George and Paul. Their attitude… and they could really play. John was the most incredible rhythm guitarist. You had to look at him if you were out front. George was the lead guitarist. He would find these incredible notes. Paul is still, to this day for me, one of the most incredible melodic bass players around. He’s just incredible. – Ringo Starr

~anyway~ I woke up early today with the goal of having boring adult/work stuff done early enough in the day so that I could then spend the rest of the day sprawled out on the couch absorbing opening day games into my eyeballs and working on my fic and it is finally time omg
