Need study help
So I've been making notes the way I do right now since I entered high school, i.e. since 11th grade. My way of making notes is mostly copying every important information from the book in points, after which I use these notes to study for exams.
The problem is, NCERT textbooks only give important information and nothing extra. So recently I've realised that I'm basically just copying like 80% of the textbook into another notebook, just without full sentences.
This is a waste of both time and paper. But its November, and I have preboards in January and then boards by February or March. So it's a little too late to experiment with different styles.
With subjects like Sociology, and sometimes even Psychology, it seems fine. But with history its majorly inconvenient. I do have something in mind that I'm going to try out for one chapter, but other than that, any suggestions?
