Nature is ever so beautiful having thousands of shades scattered on the canvas of earth even if it's a reflection it's a beautiful one . The shade of green leaves on the cloudy sky looks as beautiful as the one with black dots of winged creature on amber hue of sunsets . Every colour is balanced and valued.
In Hindu and other Sanskrit vedic scriptures the deities , which have history of getting worshipped for more than thousands of year and are the pillars of devotional spirituality in large group of communities has been shown with vivid skin colores , sometimes extending to the colour of skin as green .

The same way Ganpati ( Vinayak ) are worshipped in different forms and Varn ( skin colour) and each signifies different persona of them as God .
Ganesha is often described as red in colour.[77] Specific colours are associated with certain forms.[78] Many examples of color associations with specific meditation forms are prescribed in the Sritattvanidhi, a treatise on Hindu iconography. For example, white is associated with his representations as Heramba-Ganapati and Rina-Mochana-Ganapati (Ganapati Who Releases from Bondage).[79]Ekadanta-Ganapati is visualised as blue during meditation in that form.[80]

These Prime Deities are not only worshipped in Indian subcontinent but in around the globe with little altered names and forms.
Thought is incorporation of the concept of different skin colour and then too giving the values and equal significance in their form . Yes their color defines their persona and with each of it they are still worshipped with equal integrity and devotion. Even if as concept how beautiful it is that how whether the form is different or color , even the form as animals like Narsimha and Vinayak , Hanuman , Matsya , Varaha which were absolutely animal forms of gods took avatar to protect Dharma and spread it among humanity,And that's the beauty of it how they could see the divine in each being despite the form and appreance. But Dharma is always a teaching one should learn from . Teachings of Sanatan and Vaidik Scriptures has always shown the same and concept of equality like how even divine are being capable enough to be free beyond karma are still bound to it by the rule of Dharma and thus preventing and maintaining the order and structure in the cosmos and in humanity.
