New promotion policy implemented in Indian Army,

Indian Army: This new promotion policy has been implemented in the Indian Army. In this, emphasis has been laid on staying fit. In such a situation, if the officers are completely fit, only then they will be given command positions in the rank of Colonel and Brigadier. If he is not in shape-1 i.e. absolutely fit, he will get staff posting only. From this month itself, the Indian Army has implemented a new promotion policy.

Subhas Chandra Bose was an Indian patriot who opposed British pilgrim rule, turning into a saint among Indians,but his conflict time coalitions with Nazi Germany and Fascist Japan gave hints of tyranny and against Semitism. The honorific Netaji (Hindustani: "Regarded Leader") was first applied to Bose in Germany in mid 1942-by the Indian fighters of the Indische Legion and by the German and Indian authorities in the Special Bureau for India in Berlin. It is currently utilized all through India.

In honour of Kargil Vijay Diwas... #kargilwarmemorial I am glad I have collected this beautiful gift from Kargil War Memorial, made by my proud Army brothers. Proud to wear one! Kargil Vijay Diwas is a holiday observed in India on the 26th of July. On this date in 1999 india successfully took command of the high outposts. The Kargil war was fought for more than 60 days, ended on 26 July.On this date in 1999 Pakistan army taking advantage of the melting snow and betraying the bilateral understanding of both the nations (that the post would remain unattended during the winter season) took command of the high outposts of India. Pakistan army refused the claims that it's soldiers were involved in the war and claimed that they were the rebels from Kashmir itself , but the ammunition, identity cards, rations stores and other evidence prove that the Pakistan army was behind this cowardly act. The Kargil war was fought for more than 60 days, ended on 26 July and resulted in loss of life on both the sides. The war was finally over after India regained control over the post and threw the unwanted guests out of the Indian territory. Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated on 26 July every year in honour of the Kargil War's Heroes. This day is celebrated in the Kargil–ctor and the national capital New Delhi, where the Prime Minister of India pays homage to the soldiers at Amar Jawan Jyoti at India Gate every year.
