INDIE WEEK DAY 2: Just A Card, Indie Week's creator, supports independent businesses and creators through encouraging people to buy 'just' a little thing. I believe the organisation was inspired by the founder closing an art gallery. 'Why did you close?' 'We couldn't afford to stay open. It's funny though, if everyone who came through the door bought just a card, we'd still be in business.'

Think big, shop small! When you shop from a small, local business you’re actually giving a gift twice! You’re getting a one of a kind item that’s made with love, you’re supporting the arts, contributing to your local economy and you receive top notch customer service 💚 And there’s plenty you can do to show your support that costs nothing! Likes, comments, shares, it all goes a long way (and doesn’t go un-noticed and is very, very much appreciated!) 🥰

I’m gonna be honest with you, as a small indie biz owner, I can’t really afford to do discounts, I’m not Amazon 🤷🏻‍♀️ However, I’d say all my products are pretty reasonably priced, all year round! You’re buying an item that I have designed/illustrated, gotten professionally printed in Scotland (all badges are hand pressed by me) packaged, posted - there’s a lot of time, effort and love in there!
