.:Circuit Breaker:.Indie Joon
Jaejoong nor Junho had ever thought that it would come down to this. Jihoon had worried about it from time to time with the loss of their mother, but he didn’t know that one day his worry would come true. It wasn’t the fact that it was something that had happened to him, but instead it was something that was going to happen to his brothers. Or perhaps that he would have no control over the situation and be forced to watch everything spiral out of control.
The youngest of the triplets walked through the halls of the hospital with a brief case in his right hand as he looked like a man on a mission. A very tired man on a mission that honestly just wanted to curl up and go to sleep at any given tile. Yet he had to keep on walking through the halls until he finally ended up at one of the rooms that was what Jaejoong called, ‘The suite room’. As he opened the door to the room that was probably larger than most people’s houses he sighed as he looked over at his brother laying on one of the hospital beds.
Jihoon, the eldest of the triplets, had pillows and blankets laying around everywhere on the bed to make it look like he was laying on a cloud rather than laying on bed. Then in front of him was his leg pulled up by a sling that stretched over his bed. Currently, he was listening to some TV drama that Jaejoong didn’t pay attention to, and there was a sleeping Junho next to him. The short haired male resting against the chair as he leaned back, his mouth wide open as he looked at the ceiling.
This is what they weren’t expecting. Jaejoong being the caretaker of the family since Jihoon was incapacitated since he had fell into a hole because he wanted to be independent and without his cane. Junho was making sure that he was alright as they had to talk about business that Jihoon needed done…but only Jaejoong could get the items correct. Jaejoong knew what Jihoon was talking about when he named most of his papers or tools. Items that he needed because he owned a multi-billion dollar company.
Jaejoong sighed as he reached over to give Jihoon his brief case. He sat it down on top of Jihoon’s lap before heading back to the door to leave. He wanted to go to sleep after this instead of doing more errands when Junho should have been the one. Junho was the second eldest that meant that he should be taking care of Jihoon. Yet…Junho just couldn’t do anything right. Jaejoong thought to himself as he even thought about ordering spicy food for Jihoon. How could he be so...forgetful in stressful times.
“Thanks. Jaejoong. Go eat something and sleep.” Jihoon spoke in a soft tone towards his younger brother who had just took the liberty to open the door and leave. He took what Jihoon said to heart since he was his older brother looking out for him. Yet he couldn’t stop to care about Jihoon’s feelings at the moment because all he wanted to do was sleep. He wished that he could be like his brother, Junho, and sleep I some random way on the chair. Yet he was the opposite. He needed to nest on something before falling asleep.
As Jaejoong walked out of the hospital he passed by a few nurses that were starting to become familiar with him as Jihoon Kim’s younger brother. Something he didn’t want to be known for since that meant that either they could get close to Jihoon by using Jaejoong, or that they could get close to Jaejoong in hopes that he could get money from his brother. Either way I was not something that he wanted to be a part of, but it happened to him anyway as he tended to get one particular nurse walking up to him.
“Jaejoong!” She would sing in a sing-song voice as she grabbed him by the arm to take him down towards the hospital’s entrance. Talking with him as he tried to speed past her out of the entrance. Yet instead he was always grabbed by her, and it turned him into tugging her along until he got outside the grounds. She was a nurse that was the most obsessed with trying to get to know him, and he figured that she was like that most of the time with the patients that were on the wealthy or good looking side.
“Jaejoong. I heard that your brother is getting better. That is so sad. I mean not for your brother but because you will stop coming to see me. You should give me your number so we can keep in touch-I am very good at giving physical therapy to anyone.” She rattled off while trying to give Jaejoong a suggestive glance, yet he didn’t notice it as he was instead trying to prevent himself from fainting from social anxiety building up inside of him.
When he reached the exit he bolted out of the girl’s arms to start running down the street. Not paying much attention as he just wanted to get away from that girl that didn’t realize that he was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable with people touching him and talking to him. This was the biggest problem as to why he was having such a hard time with staying awake. Every energy ounce that he was getting was being zapped by people around him.
As the tired man ran through the street he eventually had felt something hard against him as he smashed right into someone. He felt that he knocked them flat on to the ground because he was running at a significant strength level. Only when the person was knocked over, Jaejoong had stepped over the person to try to get away. He just wanted to go home and sleep. Not do anything else but sleep, but no, people tended to get in his way.
Literally.
