Good evening true believers. I’d like to start out by saying, “happy belated start of summer☀️.” Hopefully the heat will beat COVID-19 or at least slow it down long enough for us to have some real fun up in here. Am I right? But enough about that. Here is an original character I drew up last month called Gila Conners. For those of you who have watched the 1994 Spiderman cartoon, you’ll know that she was a mutated sentient lizard who felt compassion for the humans. I decided to take that to the next level by equipping her with a purple power ring. They represent compassion on the emotional spectrum and given her nature in the show, I’d say she’d make a perfect purple lantern. I fashioned her outfit based off of some fanart for Beta Ray Bill. The rest pretty much worked itself out. Hope this helps start your week off right.
