There’s still a lot to get sorted and figure out (like finances, eek), but I’m honestly just so happy?? and still reeling a bit??

(and of course my sigoth was all “I was pretty sure they’d accept you; transfers are usually accepted” and I’m just “but tHE MATH I WAS MISSING???”)

I’m also really fucking looking forward to getting to the point where I can quit my job. Which, with any luck, will be far sooner rather than later.

B. Who’s your favorite side-character from something you wrote?

From my current project--the newest character I just got to introduce in Part II! I love them so much. They’re a traveler whose anything but ordinary, and I’m so very, very excited to write them more.

L.  Which character did you most write about this year, and why do you like ‘em?

Wow this is a toughie. Hm. Again, as far as original current novel project goes, Wren is the one I’ve written about the most, being one of the two (and arguably the more) main characters of my novel. I love her because... She’s snarky but adores her companion, Quill. She also screws up a lot because she didn’t finish her education before starting to make her Bad Decisions, but she follows her heart furiously and refuses to give up---even when it drives her past the point of collapse.

I know our fandoms don't overlap much, but I love reading the stuff you write. Also, maybe this is silly, but, when I was checking in books at work today I had this thought, "what if someday one of these books is by someone I know? What if it's a book by my cousin?!" If you ever decide to go for publishing, I'm going to buy the library five million copies and point everyone in their direction and probably promote them to the point of being obnoxious...

omg I will 100% come to your library for a signing/whatever if you’re still there once I publish
