الإختبار تعرفت عليه أيام الجامعه خلال دوره جامعية عن بناء المشاريع الصغيره، من ضمن منهج الدوره الMBTI test والذي تعتبره العديد من الشركات الأمريكيه سؤال مهم وقت المقابله حتى يتسنى لصاحب الشركه معرفة الموظفين بشكل أكبر وإعطاء كل شخص الدور المناسب لشخصيته!

من بعدها عشان أكون دقيقه أكثر بدأ اهتمامي الأكبر بال ennegram test واللي من وجهة نظري له ابعاده الشخصيه بشكل موسع وأدق

ميزته يقسم الآخرين الى تسع شخصيات مصاحبه للأجنحه كما يسمونها، كل شخصية لها جناح أو جناحين، الأجنحه هي الشخصية المكمله للشخصية الأساسية وهي تظهر بشكل أقل أو أكثر وكلها مبنية على نظريات سيقموند فرويد، مالذي يحرك الشخص الذي أمامك؟ كيف تفهمه؟ كيف تتعامل معه وكيف تحلل شخصيته بدون ماايذكرها، هالإختبار يساعد كثير في أنك تفهم الناس ودوافعهم المختلفه بعمق أكثر و علمي بحت

أعتقد أن مثل هالإختبارات والنظريات تساعد في صقل الشخص واعطاءه مدى معرفي أكبر عن ماهية دوافعه، تركيز أكبر على أهدافه، بناء لنقاط الضعف والقوه وتعزيز الإمكانيات المهمله.
