Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup marshmallows. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake as directed. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle the marshmallows over the slightly cooled brownies. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, butter, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows on the brownies, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the chocolate layer. Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the bars to set for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm.
