This was a fic that nobody asked for, but an idea seed was planted, and I watched it grow into a 7 page, 4000 word oneshot that I only intended to be no more than 3 pages.

We all see the playable character as the hero of the story, taking down goblins, poachers, and ashwinders. But what is never thought about is the families of those whom they kill. This is the story of the family of Silvanus Selwyn, and how their world is torn apart. He was not just a member of the Rookwood Gang, but also a husband and a father. Big shout out to @ephemerasnape for giving me permission to use Oswald Tarrington, the ashwinder scout, in this fic. It was also thanks to her that I got the idea for the fic, courtesy of her audio, Just a little blood.

Three versions of the cute Scout exist in my UDW mod - regular, unmasked older, and unmasked Oswald.

The only reason to use his Avatar mod tbh is to be able to dress him in different clothing, and to not have to deal with him constantly turning into Sebastian.

Best of Ashwinders & Poachers AI

I've been having a lot of fun with AI stuff, and while there have been horrors beyond your wildest imagination, a lot of really good images have come from it also. Here are some of my favorites!

Ignore the eye color.

Mortimus is a thoughtful guy.

Sleeping with his mask on.. That second could be straight out of my fic Paying the Piper.

AI had some ideas of what he'd look like without the mask.

Tempeste Thorne.. I wanted her to have one of those long cigarette holders that I'm sure weren't popular until the 20th century but no dice.

I love how it always want to put the same clothes on anyone else in the picture as are on the main guy.

The blood we deserved to see on Poacher Executioner. From Ranrok's hands, obviously.

OK, now for some funny ones.

I wanted to get Oswald with a baby. The damn thing insisted on putting a mask on the baby every single time. Couldn't get it to change the hair either.
