[Hellion]

An older piece I finished up over the long weekend. Hellions are Infernal Plane denizens that wander the sulfuric, maze-like causeways and wastelands that crisscross that plane. They more or less function as scouts, and they make a lot of noise.

Dooms Gate Keep, entry into hell

not too much to say on this one, bunch of starter loot in the keep itself and they are safe until the moment that drawbridge goes down

Midnight sketch.  Revisiting this guy from back in the day.  Infernal plane work; lesser demons abound.

Infernal Plane Sentinal. Smaller/quicker than some of the more brutish stronger classes. (Sorry for the dark photos the light isn't great where I'm at.)

Another denizen of the Abyssal Plane, the Furnace Worm.  They span miles in length and live within centers of volcanic activity, feeding off the sulfur and venting scalding waste gases through their spiracles.   

The Abyssal Plane - while aptly named for it's hellish environment and demonic creatures - is not to be confused with the tiered Infernal Plane, from which actual demons arise.  The Abyssal Plane is in reality a roving, cannibalistic dimension that bleeds into and eventually consumes other dimensions and their inhabitants.  

Weakened boundaries, whether they be naturally or artificially induced (from naturally occurring rifts to an over-abundance of structured inter-dimensional gateways) are a beacon to the Abyssal Plane, which begins to manifest itself slowly into the weakened space.  

Furnace worms are one of the many denizens that can be found on the largest southern continent of Tsaritartion, which is nothing more than a blasted wasteland stretching halfway around the globe.
