1: “How drunk are you?”
21: “You’re not very intimidating.”
“So,” Jongin says as he wraps an arm around his boyfriend. “How much did you drink tonight?”
Baekhyun stumbles as they reach the curb, feet not quite under himself. “Jus’ a little,” he slurs, “Maybe four? Not sure.”
Jongin laughs, turns, gives a thumbs-up to their friends, who had driven Baekhyun home. “I’m sure,” he murmurs. Lifts Baekhyun over the step-up to their porch. “Let’s try to get some water into you, okay?”
“Mhm,” Baekhyun hums. He’s leaning heavily on Jongin’s shoulder, nearly half asleep.
It brings a smile to Jongin’s face, even if the flight of stairs to their apartment is nearly impossible. Drunk Baekhyun thinks he can do everything sober Baekhyun can – and he won’t accept help.
They finally make it inside.
“C’mon, set.” Jongin ushers Baekhyun to the sofa. “I’ll be right back with the water, okay, baby?”
Baekhyun gives one sharp nod, then slumps down against the arm of the couch.
Jongin can hear Baekhyun mumble-singing as he takes one of their plastic cups down and fills it from the tap.
“Here, c’mon, sit up, have a drink.”
“You’re...hot,” Baekhyun mumbles as he takes the glass. “Wanna…hmm…fuck you?”
“Okay,” Jongin replies. “But not tonight. Just water and sleep tonight.”
“But!” Baekhyun complains. His brow furrows for a second as he stares into the glass. Decides to try a different tack. “I want to fuck you, so we’re gonna fuck. Tonight. Or else.”
Jongin can’t hold his laughter down. Baekhyun looks like nothing so much as a petulant child trying to be stern. “You’re not very intimidating, baby.” Perhaps he’ll try stomping his foot next.
Baekhyun pouts. “But – I’m irresistible!”
“Trust me, baby.” Jongin smooths back Baekhyun’s hair. “You are very hard to resist. Tomorrow, if you still want to, I promise you we will, okay?”
Baekhyun considers for a moment as Jongin kisses his forehead. “I guess that’s okay…”
“Good,” Jongin replies. “I don’t think you could even get it up now anyway.”
