Does anyone else see a "rippling vortex" like thing when they look into a clear blue sky??

Like, I'm not sure how to describe it.
It's like if Sauron's eye was made of rippling water and was an inny instead of an outy??
And is more of an oval up and down rather than side to side.
Also not as creepy... At least in my opinion. Kind of comforting actually. Like looking at the rippled reflection of a pool.
I've seen it all my life when I look up at a clear sky for more than a few seconds and the longer I look, the more defined it gets????
No matter who I talk to or what words I use when looking it up, I can't find anyone who knows what I'm talking about.
Like, I know mirages are a thing. Could it be like that? Is it an issue with my eye? My brain? Are my eyes really good and I'm actually seeing the atmosphere or some shit?
Idk, but I would love it if someone else knew what I was talking about.

Mystery beanie baby
I was browsing the stuffed animals at one of my local thrift stores and came across what looks like a beanie baby. They have the little red tag holder where the ty tag goes and they have a ty style butt tag. I cannot figure out what it is though. Maybe someone on here could help figure out what it is.

I need information on The Expanse and ST: Discovery to decide if I *really* wanna watch them. I'm pretty close to sold on ST:Disco (because Star Trek), but know nothing about The Expanse except that KJ barreled through it once.

does anyone know of any browser extensions that provide a daily limit for individual websites? i know there are some timers, like i have one set 2 hours for tumblr, but i need something that can block a website after like 9pm or whatever time. not like family link because lord knows i have too much online homework for that to be plausible
