So about 11-ish years ago Alex Hirsch dropped this on us. Mostly people ship them as toxic old man yaoi, I do not because I am not young enough to enjoy toxic ships anymore and yearn for content where Stan is treated kindly by someone he actually has a past with. Hey, new reader of I Don't Want to Wait! Just a quick thing for you. If you're not a fan of angst and such, don't worry! every thing ive learned about bbc sherlock so far makes me discover an entire new plane of WHAT IN THE EVERLOVING FUCK????

for example, rn now i learned that sherlocks secret sister drowned a boy her age when she was a kid AND APPARENTLY sherlock had repressed the memory of the kid dying w a dog dying??? somehow???

i am absolutely baffled of how the writers just...thought this was a good idea and not just 3 batshit insane ideas stacked in top of each other wearing a trench coat. just what the fuck.
