Thank you for reading A Solitary Chamber everyone! I kept it a secret for a while because I wasn't even sure if I was going to finish it... (adapting my favourite book was so daunting!!) but finally releasing it and having such wonderful feedback has been amazing!! I'm really pleased with how it turned out and I think I've improved since my last comic ♡

When I was working on Dracula's Guest a couple of years ago, I went on a research trip to Munich with my siblings, and we spent a day in Ingolstadt. At the time I hadn't yet started developing this oneshot but I still wanted to go there for Frankenstein reasons LMAO

Ingolstadt was the site of a famous university back in the day, but now it's mostly associatied with the Illuminati (which was founded there), Frankenstein, and Faust! Despite all these gothic associations, I was surprised by how bright and colourful the city was!! I tried to capture that in my comic as I thought it was a fun juxtaposition.
