Being injured is a very sian period of time for most people, espcially when I strained my right shoulder past few months back. A coach who can't demonstrate what he preached...can you imagine the pain... however I was still optimistic on what else can I continue to work on. I started doing more cardio, climb light, long endurance route, work on my calves (just kd) just legs, and more. Therefore, if you are injured do seek professional help. And I was glad that I have a close friend of my @justbeingyolo who is a physiotherapist who helped me during this though times. <When you have seen someone have gone through worst than you, you have really no excuses for yourself> And being discipline, patient and consistent with physiotherapy is really important. As I have seen and applaud @makethatleap on her effort on her recovery on a serious dislocation of elbow. Made me realise that dwelling doesn't help. Actions does! So unsure, please seek professional helps.
