Anyway sorry for being dead again!!! Here's another piece of my kirby DMS AU. I was originally going to drew this in full-color like my other works. But along the way, i realized ink-shading it wasn't bad either. So here it is. Like usual, this is from my AU, which i finally named the Postal-Resurrection AU. Here's a brief post on what it is

On an unrelated note, i have an up coming digital comic drawing tournament in about a month. Since digital art isn't my thing, i decided to torture challenged myself by allowing y'all to request whatever Kirby characters (Gijinka/OC/Canon) y'all wanted to see drawn in my artstyle. This request is opened until next month, since that's when my class is back on (and promptly, when the digital comic tournament happened).

Found some really old Undertale stuff from - Inktober2017, I think?

The photos aren't top quality, but I'm really proud of them - a bit of a milestone for me, the slice of time where my sample illustration practices started growing into imaginative art.

“Tramas Agridulces” / “Bittersweet Shading”

Some time ago I saw this style of illustration with ink shading, but all of my attempts to use it in traditional media ended up in disaster ಥ_ಥ so, back to digital for now~ :P

Finished the pen drawing I was meaning to complete. I like how this one came out. I think my favorite part of the whole piece would be his coat. It was so fun and a big challenge of trying to make sure the pen didn't make any overlapping pieces disappear. Like making sure the hand overlapping the jacket didn't disappear with the squiggles behind it. It was really fun, and good practice for more pen and ink drawings in the future!
