more & more now I want to stop speaking/go non-verbal. I fear my parents & psychiatrist will see this as PTSD, social anxiety, or me being stubborn. I have a really hard time stimming in front of them because I have trust issues due to bad coming-out-as-queer/trans stuff. I'm stimming and going mute more often because I'm finally just letting myself *be* autistic rather than hiding it. I'm a teacher and I know one day I'm gonna meltdown or go mute in class. it's gonna suck but I need this???
If your psychiatrist is good, they will know that you can be autistic and have PTSD - in fact it’s not uncommon. I wish you well - Mod Liz

omgs so I am on book 2 and I am super into it!! I'm really excited to keep going!
:D I never know who in my tumblr circle is on the road to the Tower! May Roland’s tale serve you well!
your Odin post is so accurate and got me laughing. He likes to stick His tongue out at me. (I started it, tbh, but He kept the joke going.)
I’m not 100% sure which post you mean, but, man...I can totally see that happening. Though blep-face tends to be associated with entirely other things for me.

UM WHAT GAME OR BOOK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, THIS SOUNDS GREAT
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning!
I FINISHED BOOK 3. *spoiler alert for Stephen King's Dark Tower series* JAKE IS BACK. so exciting. I'm still shipping Eddie and Susannah. I'm intrigued that Eddie, Jake, and S seem to be oracles of a sort. and Jake's vision of the rose! gorgeous. I'm puzzled by Roland *not quite* being a full member of the ka-tet. I wanna know more about this ka stuff because there is such overlap with heathen wyrd. I'm looking forward to book 4 and all the riddling.
If you sent this hella long ago, I’m so sorry, but tumblr did NOT notify me >:(
Yes! The whole process of getting Jake back was a helluva thing, but I’m glad it ended relatively well for everyone (his reunion with Roland was so sweet agh).Jake’s vision of the rose was intense. I cry every time. (I also plagiarised it in a Fallout 4 fanfic. Pfft.)
I think the thing about Roland being dinh to but not entirely connected to them will come clearer in time, yeah. It’s sad, though. Roland is so incurably alone.
I’d like to hear more about the similarities between ka and wyrd! That sounds fascinating. :3
yooooo I read book 2 of the Dark Tower!! SO MANY FEELS about Eddie and the Lady of Shadows. it's so great that they're all gunslingers now and Roland is not alone. I'm worried about these baby gunslingers--I don't want them to die on the way to the Tower but also like. I wouldn't be surprised if they did because sacrifice seems to be Roland's jam (I mean, he doesn't enjoy it, but it's ~his thing~). I WANNA READ BOOK 3.
!!!!!!
Well, to be fair, they’re not quite gunslingers yet! Still ka-tel, but they are quick learners, so they are <3 They’ll be custodians of Roland’s guns soon enough.
It is certainly his ~thing, you’re right. It most certainly is.
ONWARD, PILGRIM! :D
