Holy Milk - Born and Die. Directed by Nathan Coetzee. Holy Milk's dark brooding Born and Die track has been matched with an equally intriguing video. The haunting vocal by Lucinda John-Duarte compliments the sense of loss portrayed in the video, their ambience is created through low level synth with a fantastic groove-filled bassline, for a mere 20 seconds the track breaks out into full ethereal glory until it brings you back to reality by cutting it off in it's prime and followed up with the repetition of "You are born and then you die."
