in my bag

As a college student who’s balancing obtaining a law degree and various budding side hustles, I carry an affordable bag that’s big enough to keep all my paraphernalia and has compartments to keep things organised. In addition, I pack a small toiletry bag- for my makeup and beauty products. On off-days or excursions, I opt for a tote bag and pack only the essentials.

in the bag itself

- wallet

- phone

- keys (car, house, gym locker)

- earphones

- bottle of water

- medication (antihistamines and period pain pills)

- daily planner *

- my ‘everything’ journal and some pens

- breath mints

- rose water facial mist

- hand sanitizer

- body mist

* this might be phased out depending on how well using Notion as a planner goes

inside my makeup bag

- lip combo (nivea cherry shine lip balm, clear lipgloss and brown NYX lipliner)

- eyelash brush (to brush my lash extensions into place)

- eyeliner

- powder (w/ compact mirror)

#kimickaphotoaday August Day 26: In My Bag The contents of my purse has changed a bit since my last “In My Bag” prompt in February. lol. It’s still the same owl purse too. You still have headphones, hand sanitizer, pens, straws, and the small library notebook. But I have a different phone case(my Kate Spade one I had before the old owl one w/ a Taeyeon Photocards inside) so I have an actual wallet now. Lol. And the big notebook had been replaced by a small owl notepad. Plus, of course, no summer 2020 bag is complete without at least 2 masks. My two are my Mickey Mouse one and the back w/ a heart, I got both on Etsy. (Plus a random receipt which I forgot was in there lol) and no lip gloss b/c who needs lip gloss when your mouth is covered by a mask? Lol.
