Yes, he either proceeds to explain how rain works or someone shuts him up before he can go on about it. He has a tendency to throw around random (basic) facts real quickly in such cases.
But in Bishop’s defense here, he didn’t know he would eventually wind up with an affiliation between Earth & Dimension X. Before warning the Turtles, the Utrom had a strict policy of NOT interfering in Earthly matters whatsoever and only observe them from afar. But he is taking his new task very seriously, which means he’s spending much time expanding on his human knowledge those days.
Bishop's exosuit has soft skin to the touch. But one would realize that it feels slightly different than human skin. It is more synthetic. Also, he’s unnaturally hard when someone hugs or squeezes him. There’s only steel underneath the layer of clothes and synthetic skin.
He could change his Norman’s attire if he wanted to. The clothes are actual clothes. But the Norman’s identity as an agent, the black suit, it’s all part of the whole thing to Bishop. Sunglasses included. Needless to say, he’s going to fuss around a lot if someone asks him to change his clothes into something more casual. And he insists on these darn Sunglasses.
