Welcome to my inner and outer thigh workout video! I love working out my inner and outer thighs because they help me with my balance, posture, flexibility, and aid in my core stability! It was important to me that I do a video on strengthening our inner and outer thighs because I often feel like they’re forgotten. I love to do this routine as one of the last exercises because it brings our heart rate down while we’re still continuing to exercise.
