Mandatory Mobility Sunday ~ One of my favorite go-to groin, adductor, hamstring flossing drills. Simple high box set up with leg extended ~ floss back and forth between your hamstring and groin spending more time where you feel is needed on your body. I personally like to rotate my top foot when focusing on the groin but so what feels best for you. Spend 2-3 minutes per side to get your lower body feeling good and primed for a workout.
