Between #travelling through cultures in the outside and exploring inner realms I discover myself more and more focused to the expedition within. I recently shared some pics from my outer trip to Marocco with you, but to honestly share my real #journey I have to express the one from within. I really wish that through my art and maybe also through that #goat communication in #amtoudi some of that #innerstates come through. For me practising #Yoga is definitly an ongoing #trip that does not stop. #Navigating myself through the rollercoaster of experience is eased by that #vedic approach and the mindset of the nomads, which were silently teaching me on and off over two decades in the #desert. Only consonants

Started a scrabble game on my phone and just looked at the letters before it hit me that they were all sharp, well-heeled consonants. I recognise that feeling, is congealed thoughts, feelings, unbreathable and dense, slamming up against each other. It's how I am/ been feeling for a long, long time.
