Are from the mountain of Laos and we follow the Lunar calendar. Through years of traditions and culture we did not have a written language as everything was passed down through the dialectic language. Story telling at the dinner table while breaking bread with the family after a long day of farming in the fields. Eating together and telling stories unifies the family bonds. Family and community is so important in staying connected with your roots and traditions.
Find your community who welcomes you and accepts you for who you are. BUT also challenges you to see the world in a different perspective that there is so much more than what meets the eye. That is what life is about, the abundance of love and acceptance from all walks of beings.
