MAX INSANITY : DAY 3 SWEAT INTERVALS
Today was terrible... like i said before I hate cardio, but I KNOW this program is going to work... this makes insanity look like a walk in the park.... to be honest this might be the best investment I've ever made.... unless you're a ninja or something.... this is by far the hardest workout series you will ever do, let alone dvd. Do yourself a favor and purchase this.... srsly.
I wish I was paid to say these things but I'm not... this DVD is that legit. I wonder I'm crazy to think I already lost weight?
insanity max 30 : Day 2
Today wasn't horrific.... I mean it was... but I'd rather do power than cardio lol. Today was tabata power.... I think I'm going to start walking after work then working out.. I NEED to get more steps
