Sweaty selfie. Today’s workout was tough, I’ve got a bit of a throat infection and chesty cough. I’m also asthmatic. So yeah, my breathing isn’t the best! Shower then off to see Thor Ragnarok in an hour :)
Wtf Shaun T! Max 30 tabata power is horrific. I’m so weak that I swear I did about 3 reps of each exercise before maxing out. Here’s to hoping I build some strength and stamina back up sharpish! I am going to hurt tomorrow...
If you ever tried #InsanityMax30, you know it is a crazy workout but afterwards you will feel AMAZING!!! And that shoulder/arm pain the next day..priceless ;)
Today was Tabata Power again. Maxed out at 14:19 which is up from Tuesday at 11:22. I'm having real trouble with the push-ups in this program. I know my elbows are supposed to stay at my sides as opposed to going out in a 90 degree angle, but my body literally won't let it happen. Even on my knees. Any ideas to help me out? Sometimes I stand up and do the push-ups on my fireplace mantle, which does help. Maybe I'll just have to do that until I get some actual upper body strength. Also ordered the 3 Day Refresh thing for me and Boyfriend. Kind of excited for it. I'll let you know how it goes.
Maxed out in Tabata Power today at 11:22. However, I did start to slow down around 3:00. From now on, I won't be comparing my workouts to the previous day. Instead, I'll compare them to the last workout of the same type. So, on that note, today's 11:22 was considerably better than Saturday's 8:30.

Im so happy that i've stuck to my goal for January and worked out everyday so far. Ive been doing Insanity max 30 and its amazing. Im seeing so much results and improvements and i'm only just finishing up the second week. Every time i've done a workout Ive improved my Max out time. My arms have also never been this strong, they're getting really hard. They've always been my weakest point, the improvements i'm seeing are great! Thanks Shaun T!
