i've come to the point where i wish they had never produced skam france season 4. it started out great, but now it is doing nothing but triggering young women left and right. having Imane apologize constantly and making it seem like everything thrown at her is supposedly deserved from a storytelling pov is so fucking toxic???? even if they somehow "fix it all" (which is impossible imo) real harm has been done.

tbh whatever if I get hate for this but imo this is why it is dangerous to have grown ass men relating stories about young women, especially woc. they seem to fail to realize the v harmful messages they're sending to an already vulnerable audience. they seem completely oblivious to the dangers of such an immersive show, the responsibilities they have considering /i can't stress this enough/ the vulnerable audience they have.

I was legit distressed watching the last episode and I can't imagine what it's like for young black-muslims??
