Leg Day thanks to @strengthdrills ... The squat is the utility exercise for developing other advanced exercises such as the front squat, overhead squat and Olympic lifts. It's important to consider the squat stance. This is the distance between your feet and the positioning of your feet. This will always vary depending upon your mobility and what you want to achieve from your squat. If you are lifting very heavy loads, or you have mobility issues or the shape of your hip joints prevent a normal stance then a wide stance is pragmatic.
