Actually I'm not built for yumeshipping, I think what I actually wanna see is Cobyn selfcest. I don't know how that would work. He doesn't really have a canonical alternate version of himself. I've been wanting to throw him into the elevator hitch universe for the sake of shipping him with Coworker anyway, and I don't really wanna throw anyone into JCC at all because it already seems very well balanced and I think i'd ruin it. its a very delicate ecosystem to me............
so it's better for me to take JCC characters and place them elsewhere. which translates to Cobyn being thrown into elevator hitch, which translates into him having a floor 8, which translates to him having a doppelganger!!!! i don't know what they'd be like though. i also dont want him to be alone in there because :((((( so i think vega should be protag in this scenario because i like her. vega protag anf cobyn coworker. but protag and coworker still exist in this universe, it's purely a thing about vega being newer to the company than cobyn is because that makes sense to me, and they were also sent on the fucking evil elevator together for some reason
