This beautiful capture was taken at the San Juan Capistrano Mission. Roses, although not my signature flower always remind me of my mother specifically, this vibrant pink fuchsia. She loved them & had them planted all over the front of our family home. It's funny because I never realized the symbolism before more so how it applied to most women in general. But roses like women are beautiful, colorful, delicate & in contrast are guarded, prickly, strong rooted & regenerative. That simple contrast translates to every women in some way but with traits specific & special to each of us you must dig deep to reveal. Bottom line I encourage all my lovely ladies to stay beautiful, but protect your garden.
