So yesterday I started this Sora portrait but I wasn't convinced by the result at all. The only thing I liked was the color scheme, for the rest...well. pfft So today I decided to take a step back and I desaturate the image, to work only on values and I'm pretty happy on how this turned out. I've always known about this technique, which consist in painting only in greyscale and adding the colors afterwards...it's more fast because you only need to think about lights and shadows but I like to play with colors because it's always a surprise xD but this method can come in handy when I think I messed up haha. What do you think? Also big news!!
