Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 cup vegan yogurt. 2 tablespoons plant-based milk. 1 tablespoon oil. Salt to taste. Optional: minced garlic, chopped cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add vegan yogurt, plant-based milk, and oil. Mix well until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic. If too sticky, add a little more flour. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. On a floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin oval shape. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled naan onto the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Optional: Brush with garlic-infused oil and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
