Amalgamates don't really need to breathe (they can imitate breathing but it isn't required), not having lungs and all. Realizing this would probably be at least slightly alarming.

Also I'm posting a short colored comic this Thursday :D (The really long colored comic I mentioned a while ago will be in a few more weeks)

There are quite a few amalgamates with members from Snowdin and the Ruins. Besides Kanako, there has got to be at least one monster who's met Naoki before.

The dogs would be pretty relaxed about it though

I think they should get to play with their magic summons like dolls

I think the vegetoids are lesbians

The determination extractor would be a little bit unnerving I think

And while Reaper Bird can talk more distinctly, it's not easy for them. The other amalgamates eventually learn how to understand them better, but it took a little while and they hadn't yet.

I bet the amalgamates watched movies together on that old TV a lot! Just avoid the sketchy Asriel/Chara tapes whenever those get stored there

Back in the True Lab, Inako was the first to learn they could shapeshift, very quickly followed by Endogeny. Has to be alarming to unexpectedly turn into furniture though

It always seemed a little messed up to me that the True Lab has so many mirrors, right?
