definetly not an amnesia thing but my very few day-to-day memories are entirely logic based

its not that i remember what happened, im just thinking if i wake up around the same time every day, or i know there's very few occasions where id do that, or i have proof of someone fronting for that amount of time and this is what they USUALLY do

i keep going 'no no i didn't forget yesterday' and then im literally piecing together the previous day like a math problem
