INTERNET CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AND ANALYSIS
My mastery timeline for my fourth class Internet Consumer Behavior and Analysis was "I will enhance my expertise by learning how to analyze consumer behavior. This enhancement will help me to create a successful campaign were not only the consumer will buy the service or product but also track trends and interests (Full Sail, 2017). I established three goals.
My first goal was "I want to know how to analyze consumer behavior." The tactic I used was to read all the blogs and articles. It was excellent because I learn how the consumer behavior will enhance a business.
My second goal was "I want to learn how to create a successful campaign where the consumer will buy the service or product." The tactic I used was to follow all the instructions provided by the professor. All the assignment has clear and cohesive steps to successful submitted the assignment.
My third goal was "I want to learn how to track trends and interests." The assignment that helped me was "Behavioral Targeting and Online Consumer Behavior." Also, I learned how to create customer segmentation and how to target each segment accurately.
During these four weeks, I got knowledge for my mastery journey. First, I think the flow charts that I created in assignments 1 and 2, helped to understand how to create marketing tactics to specific target markets. Secondly, I learned that consumers have control over data because of consumer-generated content such as reviews, videos, and more.
Thirdly, I learned not only how to create a survey but also how to craft the email to send the survey. Also, I learned the best practices when crafting an email survey such as personalization, catching subject lines and words that need to be avoided in the subject line. This was my favorite assignment because I believe crafting a survey to get customer's feedback it is an excellent way to get information on how to improve the marketing strategy for my case study company.
In short, this class has been extraordinary because I learned that customers are a great asset to a company as long as the tactics are ethical and cohesive.
