Storyteller Saturday, your characters find a magic genie in a lamp, what is the first thing they do :)

Clara will question the validity and the truthfulness of the genie. Genies aren’t a thing, and if they are a thing, Clara is going to investigate it until she’s sure that it’s real and she knows everything she can about it.

Callisto will draw up a contract to make sure that all loopholes are closed and this genie won’t be screwing her over.

Jess will use her three wishes on something super stupid and inconsequential but really fun like a party on the back of a giant rubber duck.

Aiden will pass on his wishes to someone else (or wish for someone else to be able to use them, depending on how tricky of a genie they are).

Blake is probably my only character that will use her wishes for anything normal-ish, but also she’ll wish for massive things like ‘destroy the patriarchy’, ‘dismantle systematic racism’, etc.

Zach will wish for something like nature-friendly or research-friendly. Like protecting a forest, or a library for himself.

Storyteller Saturday, which of your Oc's are a wearing Pj's all day kinda folk ^u^

Gemma is, 100%, a PJ girl. If she could get away with it, she’d wear them all day. Her PJs are some thick, cozy men’s sweatpants and either an big old worn-out t-shirt or a sweatshirt with a faded owl printed on it. Gemma’s every day clothes are as close to PJs as possible: loose pants or skinny jeans, slouchy shirt, cardigan/bulkier jacket, and the softest socks she can find.

If she has walk-ins before 10am, she doesn’t even bother to change into real clothes. It’s their fault for coming in so early, not hers.

Happy Storyteller Saturday! I hope you have an awesome day! I'd like to know which of your characters is the first to sprint out of the house to chase an ice cream truck. Also, who is most likely to get there first, or trip the others on their way out.

Zephyr and Sage would the two who would spring out of the house to chase an ice cream truck. Nyx would calmly trail behind because they forgot to bring money, and she’s actually the only one of them that has it.

Zephyr would get there first!

Happy Storyteller Saturday it's Drist! Which of your Oc's would absolutely love to go to a theme park and who would hate it? Feel free to give us some of their reactions to certain attractions ;)

oh my god I had this god awful training at work all day today and came home to storyteller saturday, got really excited and sent a ton of asks, and then slept until 11:30pm 😭😭

But the idea of any of the kids from The World Beyond at an amusement park is hilarious to me

Sevianne would be so excited about everything: rides, games, cotton candy. The girl wouldn’t stop smiling the whole time.

Keight would pretend not to be having as good of a time as he is. Coasters would freak him out probably but he would kill it at carnival games and win a ton of prizes for Sevianne.

Gegaesse would definitely vomit on the first ride, but he’d push through for the twins.

Exilei would find the whole thing hilarious to watch.

Storyteller Saturday my Sweet Friend!!! What experience have your Oc's faced that is similar to one you have had to go through?

GOOD QUESTION 

Nothing came to mind immediately because honestly, I haven’t done much in my life and my OCs have done a lot. Also, their plotlines tend to include superpowers and fantasy elements.

But Beth struggles with anxiety, and Zach has explored the ace identity, and Nora tussles with school and trying to get a job and get her Adult Life ™ in order, so… there’s definitely some similarities there :)

Finlos has. he grew up on the streets and got into more than a few fist fights…

Amary has, but she got fake teeth so that you can’t really tell. she got hit a lot when she first started being a hunter and a few teeth were chipped and lost.

Lei-ya has lost a couple, she wasn’t able to take care of her teeth when she was a kid. 

and some of the others have some problems with their teeth!

Storyteller Saturday- What are the variations in your setting during one of your wips?

hello again!! i’m not particularly sure what you’re referring to, but...the setting is mainly in this small isolated town, and sometimes it shifts to zhen’s room, shou’s adjoining room to hers, the kitchen in her corridor (imagine they’re living in something like a shared flat / apartment, kinda like a shared flat in a uk university), yu(f)’s room... and of course, a lot of things happen in the noisies’s apartment (where teng, yu(m), and jun lives). and by the lake. the lake is an important setting.hope i answered your question, and thanks for this! <3
