#IntrovertedINFP The perfect balance 👌 Read ⬇️ This is especially good for INFPs to remember because we usually struggle with that self - tribe pendulum. For the longest time I was all “do no harm” because I subconsciously thought having boundaries was somehow wrong and/or would result in rejection. And it does (at least for those who benefit from you having no boundaries.) But I do feel like it’s a common reaction to swing to the other end being all “take no shit” which isn’t good or healthy either. I see this in politics a lot. People are either one extreme and are too traumatized by the other extreme opposite of them that they can’t see the issues in shades of gray as it is in reality. The other side becomes a simplified symbol of all that is wrong and evil. So what can we learn about today’s tendency toward black and white extremes? We can’t control others but we can control ourselves. We can learn to temper the extremes within us so we can be thoughtful balanced individuals. And that starts with these two principles. In fact taking no shit can help us do no harm because we are not enabling or constantly dealing with anger for ignoring our broken boundaries. When we learn the perfect balance rooted in self-respect, then and only then can we actually love the world. ~femaleINFP6w5 ~ ~ ~ ~ #mbti #mbtipersonality #mbtipersonalities #16personalities #personalitytypes #personality #psychology #meyersbriggs #infp #infj #intp #intj #isfp #isfj #istp #istj #enfp #enfj #entp #entj #esfp #esfj #estp #estj #mbtimemes #meyersbriggspersonalitytest #infppersonality #infpproblems #infpquotes #infpstruggles Reposted from @introvertedinfp https://www.instagram.com/p/B0PY5EzBrEc/?igshid=bnmpzlb5c7si
