Concept Designs for a Sonic x Invincible AU that I had a lot of fun with :)

When Invincible was insisted by all of the batfamily (pretty much only Bruce, the others either laughed or did *not* gaf), he was hesitant to get a cape. Or a utility belt. Or pretty much anything extra he decided he didn't need. Bruce didn't care, 'secretly' adding things to his costume whenever Mark wasn't wearing it.

Before this, Bruce basically forced mark to change his outfit's colours, because those very bright, neon colours would NOT fit in for the batfam.

Whenever mark goes out, he broods on building tops because he reflects on what he's wearing, being interrupted every now and then by Alfred over the comms telling him to 'stop brooding master (Wayne?? Mark?? Uhh let's go with Wayne) '

This slightly annoys Bruce, as this is something he is silently proud of his new son for doing, because he himself does it and SURELY mark got it from him somehow? It doesn't really matter how he srarted, just the fact that he does is what's important.

Anyways, because of Mark's super-strength, Bruce is able to convince him to keep all the bat-gadgets on his suit considering it doesn't weigh him down or anything.

Mark ignores the utility part of the utility belt at first, but slowly gets used to it and starts using more and more of the items. Even the biggest villain he finds that he knew he would struggle with normally is easily dominated when Mark decided to use the utility belt, gaining strategy and an elegance to his fighting style rather than just bruce forcing everything and ignoring his brain.

(This is also what helps him defeat Levy when he innevitably returns to the fight)
