@invisawolf replied to your post: "Are you... willing to do any undercover work?"
“You’re already well trained enough. A college student, prone to get into trouble, with a head-in-the-clouds attitude. Up for it?”
“Wh--” Such a list seems like... odd requirements for undercover work, but what does Iris know? She doesn’t even know if she should feel insulted about this or not. “Fine, yes, gimme.”
The want to ask about pay is high but the younger woman manages to bite her tongue in time.
"I am having trouble with a pesky man. Do you have any tips on how to deal with him? You seem like a heart breaker..."
────﹙ ⧖ ﹚─❝Heart breaker…peut-être.❞
Perhaps her own heart--once upon a time.
❝Get rid of him. If you have the funds or if you get me a sniper rifle I can do it for you. Otherwise, I can’t help you if I do not know the issue.❞
[To: Members of the Blades of the Darkmoon {Group Text}] [From: Sal] [Text] Hey, this is Sal, from the Darkmoon Blades. [Text] Does anyone know anything about someone named Dio? I was talking with a friend of mine, and I can’t confirm my thoughts yet, but I think they were killed by this person. [Text] I wanted to see if anyone else had heard anything about Dio before getting into this.

Gwyndolin had wanted a public, neutral place to meet with Chain’s “contacts,” and after a bit of research on the best places to meet with shady people had settled on a chain restaurant she knew was present in the city. Dead of night, utterly deserted except for a very tired and wary-looking kid at the front desk and a sole waitress. At least it’s clean.
She sits in one of the booths with Chain, away from the windows, sipping hot coffee and waiting on the other party to arrive. If these people were to supply her new covenant, she would have to trust them as well. She’d dealt with enough scumbags in her long, long life, and by Chain’s description she didn’t hold out much hope of liking them. She would wait and see.

“Help you with what? What the hell is going on man, you’re a mess!”
That was an answer he did not expect, or wanted. He wanted her to take his hand and whisk him away from this nightmare. She couldn’t exactly do that, could she? This wasn’t a nightmare either. His trembling hand slowly pulls away from her and his look nearly goes blank. Daichi couldn’t give up, not yet. His eyes regain their life and he forces himself into a shaky stand.
“I’m not safe... not safe here... I don’t have any powers, I don’t have anything... I’m weak.”
Those words are hard to swallow after that broadcast. He didn’t like to admit it that he was mortal, human, and frail. He takes a shaky step towards the window, his balance so unstable, he is about to collapse. “Where is it safe?”
“Thank you for taking the time to show me around the city, Sumeragi.” Mustuki said to the woman beside him who was fearlessly standing on the edge of the building rooftop. Both peered towards the streets below but Mutsuki had the idea to be at a safer standpoint than the other.
“But don’t you think it’s much safer for the both of us to just take to the sidewalk?”
