Bucolic Pan, who is the universe of the world. Sky, sea, sovereign Earth and immortal fire.

Come, O blissful one, dancer, wanderer, the one who reigns beside the Horae, goat-legged, worshipper of Bacchus, who plays the harmony of the world on the flute like a mirthful song.

O Pan, play some music for us, and we will dance under the melodies of your flute.

O helper of fantasies, inciter of human fears, Sagacious, hunter, friend of Echo, co-dancer to the Nymphs, You, the creator of everything, the father of all.

You, the one who wakes all the elements of nature, enthralling them with your sweet concordance, You, the one who invites the Nymphs to a ritualistic dance.

O Horned Lord, eternally bound by bacchic mania, Pan.

After becoming a godspouse/godpartner

Ive noticed sides to the gods that I never noticed before. I was so wrong about my thoughts on Pan... I mean, I always knew he was a complex god, but I always thought he was firmly in the chaotic and passionate type of personality that you *expect* from him. But no. He is, yes, the father of panic, the god of lust and revelry, the lord of creative chaos. But he is ALSO the god of pastures, the protector of shepherds and the great liberator. Freedom is the name of the game for him. And freedom means many things... For a lot of people, it means wild parties and sex and living firmly by the tenants of hedonism. Freedom for others can be... Well, a warm hug. Or maybe a kind word. A stroll through the woods... Pan is one of the most gentle forces I think ive ever encountered. His touch can be equally as tender as it can be... not XD. He is the perfect line between gentle and ferocious and can be both so well it just... Gods it makes my heart soar The gentle touch of a chaotic god... Something that has to be felt to be believed
