Yi’s swordplay is truly more terrifying than the feats one may attribute to him within the game.  While he can certainly move faster than the eye can see, and strike several times against multiple targets, he can also strike multiple times against the same target, moving so quickly that a single sword cannot possibly block them all.  He can also use this technique to attack from behind, while almost simultaneously attacking from the front.  It is a feat no other swordsman on Runeterra can currently match.  Luckily for them, Yi does not seek to use this technique against the vast majority of foes, instead leaving it for only the most truly despicable opponents.

Irelia was in no particular rush as she ambled down the road. It was a clear, wonderful day, and the fresh ionian air flowed freely into her body. Even her blade seemed to thrum happily, leading the Captain down the road. A smile warmed her usually serious demeanor, glad to have a break from her usual duties. She used this time to visit an old friend. Irelia could not place the last time she had been able to speak with the Master of Wuju, and felt there was no better way to spend her day to visit one of the few people she felt she could still learn from. After a few more minutes of a peaceful walk, she found herself outside of his dwelling. Moving her blade to her flank, she raised her hands to the door, knocking once, twice, thrice. ionianyi

Feeling the presence of the other, he peeked out of one eye and scowled. He decided to finish his meditation session, and not let this fool distract him. Taking in a deep, sarcastic, passive aggressive breath through his nose, he continued.

What a fool, he should know better than to meditate near me.. No matter how harmless I may seem at the time... But I do not wish to fight with him, I am meditating... So that I may better control you... What do you mean...? You cannot just say those things and remain silent! ...
